  • Led information and records professionals, with responsibility for policies, records lifecycle management and staff development.
  • Worked on mailroom process improvements and annual RMAT assessments, providing recommendations on lower-scoring areas to support better records practices.

  • Analysed cost-effective optimisation methods for rice bran oil extraction, working across operations, quality control and safety teams.

  • Acted as project manager for the Firearms Registry Lift and Shift Project, covering requirements, timelines, vendor coordination and user acceptance testing.
  • Created disaster recovery and change documentation, supported metadata and document migrations, and built Excel VBA macros for record handling and audit reports.
  • Led a customer-facing HPE Content Manager support team and assessed service measures, training needs and improvement opportunities.
